The training content focused on thoroughly understanding the admission regulations, guiding the preparation work for organizing the exam at the units, especially the requirements for ensuring safety, seriousness, and compliance with regulations in each stage of organization. At the same time, the reporters presented specific examination procedures, including the process of receiving and preserving exam papers, handling situations arising at the exam site, handing over exam papers, making minutes, and coordinating between related forces.
Along with the centralized training, the Department of Education and Training requires units to continue to organize on-site training for 100% of cadres, teachers and employees assigned to invigilate the exam; provide full professional guidance documents to each cadre participating in the exam to ensure consistency and accuracy in implementation.
Organizing this professional training course is a practical activity, contributing to improving the capacity to carry out tasks for the team of officers working on the examination. Thereby, creating a solid foundation for the entrance exam to grade 10 of high school in the 2025-2026 school year in the province to be organized safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations and with high efficiency.
