Comrade Vu Thanh Van, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, inspected the progress of removing temporary and dilapidated houses in Minh Tan commune, Kien Xuong district.
As of May 21, the whole province had 2,110 households that had removed temporary and dilapidated houses; of which 1,670 households had completed. Tien Hai and Quynh Phu districts alone had completed 100% of the plan. In Kien Xuong district, the total number of households in both phase 1 and phase 2 after adjustment was 256, of which 198 were newly built and 64 were repaired. To date, 124 remaining houses have completed roofing. In Dong Hung district, 465 households were supported to remove temporary and dilapidated houses, of which 315 households have completed.
Comrade Vu Thanh Van, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, inspected the progress of implementing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Phong Duong Tien commune, Dong Hung district.
On-site inspection, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested localities to urge and speed up the implementation progress, report daily progress to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and be determined to complete the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households, near-poor households, people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs before June 15, 2025. Regarding disbursement, he requested communes and towns to urgently complete the documents so that districts and cities can promptly disburse and complete before June 30, 2025.
