Inauguration and handover of "comradely affection" house to veteran members of Vu Lac commune

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of May 22, the Veterans Association of Thai Binh city coordinated with Vu Lac commune to inaugurate and hand over the "comradely affection" house to Ms. Dang Thi Dong, a veteran member of Tam Lac 2 village.

Leaders of the City Veterans Association symbolically presented support funds to Ms. Dang Thi Dong, a veteran member of Vu Lac commune.

Being a household with difficult housing circumstances, for many years, veteran Dang Thi Dong's family has lived in a dilapidated level 4 house with many damaged and dilapidated items. Implementing the city's plan to deploy the emulation movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the period of 2024 - 2025, the City Veterans Association has agreed to support housing for veteran Dang Thi Dong's family. The house has an area of ​​over 35 square meters, with a total cost of over 150 million VND. Of which, the City Veterans Association supported 50 million VND, the Red Cross Association of Vu Lac commune supported 2 million VND; the rest is the support of the family's relatives.
