Inauguration of the project 'Schoolyard for children' at Tan Loi Thanh Primary School

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province Phan Thanh Tre and representatives of the Singaporean student delegation presented gifts to the students.

Attending the event were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province Phan Thanh Tre, Head of the Provincial Youth Union Movement Board - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province Tran Kim Phang, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board of the Giong Trom District Party Committee Tran Van Nguyen, representatives of sponsors, local and school leaders, and a large number of students.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province Phan Thanh Tre informed that this is an activity to celebrate the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2025), and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).

The Provincial Youth Union - Vietnam Youth Union has been connecting activities with Vietnam YMCA Social Company Limited for more than 2 years, in which the unit has supported upgrading facilities at Primary Schools in the province, house repair projects for households and cultural and artistic exchange activities with children, union members and local youth.

The project "Schoolyard for Children" at Tan Loi Thanh Primary School was upgraded with concrete on the basis of the old degraded yard, with an area of ​​480 ^m2 with a total value of 60 million VND, the locality and the school mobilized an additional contribution of 12 million VND. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province Phan Thanh Tre expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the sponsor and the Singaporean student delegation who supported the implementation of the above meaningful project, as well as the coordination and support of the locality and the school during the construction period. Thereby, helping students have a clean place to play, especially in the rainy season; creating more convenience in organizing upcoming summer activities at the school.

The Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union mobilized Vietnam YMCA Social Company Limited and the student delegation of the National University of Singapore to donate books to Tan Loi Thanh Primary School.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Federation mobilized the Vietnam YMCA Social Company Limited and the student union of the National University of Singapore to donate 40 sets of English books to the school and 140 gifts of school supplies to the students of Tan Loi Thanh Primary School. The Vietnam Youth Federation of the province presented a letter of thanks to the sponsor and the student union mentioned above. The Board of Directors of Tan Loi Thanh Primary School and the Giong Trom District Youth Union also presented souvenirs to the sponsor and the student union mentioned above.
