"My hometown's silk beans" - 4-star OCOP product of Hoai Duc

Soybeans are considered a valuable food source, rich in nutrients, containing high levels of vegetable protein, which is very good for the human body. One of the delicious, long-standing, and ubiquitous dishes made from soybeans is tofu.

Since then, I have learned more about Vietnamese soybeans, non-GMO soybeans and how to make delicious tofu in the traditional way. In September 2017, I started my own business, which is to directly produce and process products from soybeans with the project “My hometown tofu”. After initial successes, I and some friends founded Organic Green Nut Joint Stock Company to produce and process products from non-GMO Vietnamese soybeans”.
