VTV Can Tho broadcasts live the program celebrating the 50th anniversary of national reunification

On the morning of April 26, Mr. Vo Ngoc Van Quan, Director of the Vietnam Television Center in the Southwest region (VTV Can Tho ), said that preparations for the special live television program "Joining Hands" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) have been completed.

The special live TV program "Joining Hands" has the participation of historical witnesses, local leaders, scientists , and businessmen from the West.

This special program will be broadcast on VTV Can Tho channel from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 26, with 3 chapters: Historical Moment, Joining Hands to Create, New Era , with the participation of historical witnesses, provincial leaders, economic experts, Western businessmen...

According to Mr. Quan, during the 2-hour event, historical witnesses will share stories about the early days of national unification, visions and perspectives on national harmony and solidarity. Meanwhile, scientists, businessmen and local leaders will link together the development process of the Mekong Delta region from 1975 through the renovation period to the present, especially the solidarity of the provinces and cities in the West in the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, opening up development space for localities in the region.
