Delegates and 228 students attended the ceremony.
Colonel Tran Van Cung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, delivered the opening speech.
Check, monitor and guide students in taking the exam
Since receiving the handover of the testing and issuing of driving licenses from the former Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction), the Provincial Police have directed the Traffic Police Department to advise and recommend the Traffic Police Department to quickly provide software for installation at testing centers; coordinate with the training facilities of the Department of Construction to count the number, make a list of students waiting for testing and some other related contents to prepare for testing and issuing driving licenses.
Up to now, the testing and issuance of driving licenses have been and are being implemented in accordance with the requirements. The testing aims to assess legal knowledge of road traffic order and safety, driving skills on the road and common situations on the road so that each individual participating in the test must meet all conditions for participating in traffic according to the provisions of law.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Van Cung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, suggested further strengthening the coordination between training facilities, driving test centers and the Traffic Police Department in a smooth, regular and continuous manner. The Examination Council needs to assign specific tasks to each officer, strictly implement the procedures and regulations, ensure fairness, objectivity and absolutely not allow errors or negativity to occur. In addition, candidates participating in the examination need to remain calm, confident, promote the knowledge and skills they have learned, take the exam seriously, honestly and comply with the regulations of the Examination Council.
