Date with the "golden season" of Tam Coc

In late May and early June, Tam Coc is covered with the golden color of ripe rice along the winding Ngo Dong River between the deep green limestone mountains. Thousands of domestic and foreign tourists have come to Tam Coc to see with their own eyes the famous rice fields in Vietnam at the most beautiful time of the year.

Located in Tam Coc-Bich Dong tourist area, Tam Coc rice fields are a masterpiece of nature and human, creating a simple beauty by the harmony between the immense land and sky and the fruits of human labor. Different from the wild and majestic beauty of the terraced fields in the Northwest mountains, Tam Coc rice fields bring a gentle, poetic beauty, winding with rivers, mountains, clouds and sky of the Northern Delta.

Every year, when the rice fields on both sides of the Ngo Dong River turn golden, Ninh Binh also opens Tourism Week with many unique and attractive cultural and artistic activities.
