Thoai Son District People's Council held the 20th session (special)

On the afternoon of May 27, the People's Council of Thoai Son district, term XII, 2021 - 2026, held the 20th session (special session) to review and resolve a number of important contents related to budget management and public investment in the district.

At the meeting, delegates listened to and discussed important reports and submissions submitted by the District People's Committee, such as: Submission on the settlement of state budget revenue and expenditure in 2024; Submission on the allocation of public investment capital plan in 2025 from the central budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025. In addition, the Economic - Social Committee of the District People's Council also presented a report on the examination of the contents proposed by the District People's Committee.

After democratic and responsible discussion, the meeting unanimously voted to pass the Resolution on allocating the 2025 public investment capital plan from the central budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the 2021-2025 period with a total capital of 2 billion VND; unanimously passed the Resolution approving the final settlement of state budget revenue and expenditure of Thoai Son district in 2024, with all state budget revenues exceeding the estimate, ensuring local budget expenditure tasks.
