Implementing the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", the Party Committee of the Military Command of Tri Ton district has organized to thoroughly grasp and implement the commands, plans, instructions on logistics work and other documents of the sector; comprehensively ensuring all aspects of logistics work for combat readiness, training, regular and ad hoc tasks. Thanks to that, the political security situation, social order and safety in the district have been maintained, the socio-economy has developed, the people's lives and the activities of the local armed forces of the district have been gradually improved and raised.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Quoc Phong, Commander of the Tri Ton District Military Command, said that thoroughly grasping the directives and resolutions of the superiors, the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command, and the District Military Command have led and directed the organization of the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" in agencies, units, and the Military Commands of 15 communes and towns.

The emulation movement steering committee also advises the Party committee and commanders to integrate and include the emulation movement's goals and targets into the leadership resolution; the commander's work plan is linked to the completion of the emulation goals and targets of the logistics sector to evaluate the level of completion of political tasks of agencies and units. At the same time, orient the emulation movement to resolve weak links, weak aspects, and difficult tasks to ensure that the movement continuously spreads, becoming a driving force in the work of ensuring logistics for the army.

With the motto "Logistics workers must be "diligent, thrifty, honest and upright", officers and soldiers have practiced thrift in all stages; fought against waste; strictly followed logistics regimes and principles. Agencies and units have proactively and actively organized the repair and maintenance of logistics tools, materials, equipment and vehicles with the motto "keep well, use durably". The funds were used for activities such as: Repairing and constructing works of the District Military Command and building working offices of the Military Commands of communes and towns; upgrading 16/16 concentrated production areas of agencies and Military Commands of communes and towns; purchasing many fire prevention and fighting equipment and tools... In addition, the Party Committee and the District Military Command also implemented emulation movements in production and livestock farming at the unit and the Military Commands of communes and towns, contributing to ensuring nutritious meals for officers and soldiers and having income from selling agricultural products and livestock.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Cam, Political Commissar of the Tri Ton District Military Command, said that with the attention and support of superiors in leadership, direction, organization, dissemination and strict implementation, the production increase movement has been effective.
