Recently, in Giai Phong village, Cam Phuoc Dong commune (Cam Ranh city), the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinated with the People's Committee and Cam Phuoc Dong Commune Police to organize propaganda and dissemination of legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety for nearly 50 officers and people living around the area adjacent to the Nha Trang - Cam Lam expressway.

Traffic Police Department officers disseminated the basic rules of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, including prohibited acts such as: Obstructing people and vehicles participating in traffic on the road; throwing bricks, soil, stones, sand or other objects at people and vehicles participating in traffic on the road; pedestrians are not allowed on the highway, except for people, road vehicles and equipment serving the management and maintenance of the highway. At the same time, they reminded people not to arbitrarily open access to the highway; not to destroy protective barriers, not to graze livestock in the highway safety corridor; not to gather or play on the overpass, not to throw stones at vehicles running on the highway. In particular, some children of households living around the area adjacent to the expressway have committed acts such as: crawling through the protective fence to get onto the expressway, dancing, teasing vehicles traveling on the expressway; some students when passing the expressway overpass often stop on the overpass and drop small stones from above onto vehicles traveling on the expressway... causing traffic insecurity, potentially posing a risk of traffic accidents.
