NDO - On the morning of May 31, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a Dialogue with businesses and business associations to effectively implement Resolution No. 68-NQ/TU of the Politburo on private economic development.

Also attending the Dialogue at the Government Headquarters were Deputy Prime Ministers Tran Hong Ha and Ho Duc Phoc, and leaders of central ministries and branches.

Mr. Nguyen Van Than, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, made recommendations at the Seminar.

The Prime Minister proposed to clearly define what the State must do, what local authorities must do, what businesses must do, and what people must do to implement the Resolutions of the Politburo, National Assembly, and Government on private economic development.
