"Destructive" victory in the final match

In the Champions League final at the Allianz Arena (Germany), PSG defeated Inter Milan with a score of 5-0. This is the biggest difference ever recorded in a European Cup final since the tournament was born in 1956.

This victory not only brought PSG their first championship trophy, but also helped them affirm their superior strength after many seasons of persistent investment, pursuing the top of the continent.

Shining young star

One of the biggest highlights of the match was 19-year-old midfielder Désiré Doué. The young Frenchman had a brilliant performance with two goals and an assist, becoming only the third teenager in history to score in a Champions League final, after Patrick Kluivert (1995) and Carlos Alberto (2004).

Notably, Doué also made history as the youngest player and only the sixth player in history to both score and assist in a European Cup final.

Doué's performance is a testament to PSG's methodical youth development policy, and also shows the potential for a worthy successor in the capital team's squad.

Strategist Enrique makes history

It is impossible not to mention the role of head coach Luis Enrique in this magical journey. With his achievement with PSG, the Spanish coach became the second coach in history to win the "treble" (national championship, national cup and Champions League) with 2 different clubs, after Pep Guardiola. Previously, he achieved this achievement with Barcelona in 2015.

Enrique's achievements are all the more impressive as he has built a PSG that balances experience and youth, is cohesive in playing style and resilient in spirit.

PSG - the pride of French football

Along with the Ligue 1 and French Cup titles, PSG completed the “treble” of the season - becoming the first French club in history to achieve this feat. This is not only the glory of a team, but also the pride of French football as a whole.

PSG have scored a total of 33 goals on their way to winning the Champions League this season, their highest tally in the competition's history. They also set a record for the biggest win in Champions League history with a 7-0 win over Brest in the play-off round.
