The products are also more diverse instead of just dresses like before, there are also fashion items, bags, blankets, pillowcases…”. According to Ms. Song Thi Mia, participating in the project, Mong women in Pa Co commune are very happy because they see a way to improve their livelihoods.

As for Ms. Sam Thi Bich, a Thai woman in Hoa Tien village, Chau Tien commune, Quy Chau district, Nghe An province, when approaching the project "Restoring the "Tam Huc Man" technique", she was very happy because the traditional craft taught by her mother and grandmother had not been lost. "We Thai women are very skillful, so in the ancient weaving technique "Tam Huc Man" there is a saying "turning the hand over to form a cloud, turning the hand over to form a flower" to refer to the skillful hands of Thai women, sitting at the weaving machine to weave beautiful fabrics with flowers, leaves, and clouds", Ms. Sam Thi Bich said.

Over the years, the Vietnam Women's Museum has organized many events and activities to accompany ethnic minority women and children at the Museum and across the country. And today, the event "Connecting community heritage" held at the Vietnam Women's Museum continues to be a vivid testament to that journey - the journey of preserving and promoting cultural heritage in the community; creating a meeting space between the heritage practice community, design artists, researchers and the public, thereby spreading the message "Living heritage - Common creativity - Wide spread".
The results of the shared projects are the efforts of us and our colleagues, students, and especially the determination of Mong and Thai ethnic women... to have extremely diverse creative methods on the basis of heritage, contributing to improving capacity in preserving and promoting cultural heritage".
