On the evening of May 30, thousands of spectators witnessed a special moment: the awarding ceremony of two Guinness World Records for the show “Green Island Symphony” - the first time in Vietnam that a show has set two world records at the same time. The show was recognized as “The Jetski Fireworks Show with the Largest Formation in the World” and “The Most Acrobats on a Flyboard in One Minute”.

The "Green Island Symphony" was built at lightning speed in just 2 months, turning the sea area that had never hosted a large-scale performance in Cat Ba Central Bay into the stage of an international-class sports and art show. The project was simultaneously completed from infrastructure, thousands of seats, operating multi-level performance technology in the middle of the sea, gathering nearly 40 of the world's top international athletes to perform at the same time to passing 3 rounds of rigorous inspection to set 2 unprecedented Guinness World Records.

This is a feat not only in terms of organization, but also a clear expression of the desire to bring the world's best performances to Vietnamese audiences - so that Vietnamese people can enjoy world-class experiences right in their homeland.

The show, produced by the world's leading production units H2O Events and LaserVision, was inspired by the legend of the crane fairy and the theory of the Five Elements. The show recreated the flow of nature through the language of performance technology: jetski, flyboard, jetsurf, laser, fireworks and music. The opening night attracted thousands of spectators to the central square and Cat Ba beach.

The show currently maintains a performance schedule of 5 nights per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., expected to last until early September. The listed ticket price starts from 1 million VND/ticket, with discounts when buying combos of 2 or 3 tickets, show combos with dinner. Along with tourism products, on May 30, Sun Group also officially launched a transportation service connecting Phu Long cable car station to Central Bay - where the largest entertainment, culinary and event venues in Cat Ba converge.
