Commending 27 exemplary workers who follow Uncle Ho's teachings and work creatively

BTO-On the morning of May 30, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a ceremony to commend workers who "Studying and following Uncle Ho" and to honor "Good workers - creative workers". This is an activity within the Workers' Month 2025 of Binh Thuan Labor Union.

Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Toan Thang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of departments, branches and union officials, union members and exemplary workers.

Mr. Do Huu Quy - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, highly appreciated the creativity and responsibility of workers in working and studying according to Uncle Ho.

The program honored 11 shining examples of workers following Uncle Ho's teachings and 16 typical workers and laborers in the movement "Good workers, creative workers". These are examples of workers and production, with good qualities and ethics, typical examples of training, striving to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style; leading in the typical emulation movement, inspiring the spirit of work and dedication; demonstrating the determination to overcome difficulties, perseverance, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, overcoming challenges, excellently completing assigned tasks, selected and honored by the Trade Unions at all levels.

Outstanding workers study and follow Uncle Ho

At the conference, Mr. Do Huu Quy - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor said: With the role of a bridge between the Party and workers, civil servants, the trade union organization has proactively and creatively implemented the study and follow of Uncle Ho with practical actions, effectively organized patriotic emulation movements to increasingly meet the requirements of tasks in the cause of industrialization, modernization and deep international integration. In particular, the emulation movement "Good worker, creative worker" is a typical example of the spirit of learning from Uncle Ho in labor practice... Thereby, spreading noble human values, fostering patriotism, responsibility to the community and dedication in each union member and worker.

Honoring and rewarding excellent and creative workers in 2025

The Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor affirmed: Although these examples are not yet great scientists or engineers, with their dedication and creativity in work, union members and workers have contributed to the development of enterprises, industries, localities and the country. At the same time, he believes that with the close guidance of all levels and sectors, together with the consensus of all workers, the patriotic emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with studying and following Uncle Ho's example will continue to be expanded and spread. Because every worker, regardless of position, can become a role model if he or she has the desire to contribute, the spirit of creativity and professional ethics following Uncle Ho's example.
