120 disadvantaged children enjoy International Children's Day June 1

On the morning of May 30, the Provincial Social Protection Center organized activities to celebrate International Children's Day June 1, creating a healthy and exciting playground for children in difficult circumstances.

Specifically, more than 120 children, including children being cared for at the Provincial Social Protection Center; children of union members at the center; children in difficult circumstances in My Xuyen and My Hoa wards (Long Xuyen City); children being cared for at the Center for Orphans and Lonely ElderlyEducation in Long Xuyen City, participated in the program.

The children played folk games, performed arts, danced, sang, etc. and interacted with each other. In particular, the organizers presented 120 gifts to the children attending the program. This activity is maintained and organized annually by the Provincial Social Protection Center for children in special circumstances. The Board of Directors hopes that through this, they will be encouraged and motivated to actively compete in studying well, contributing to educating and fostering good qualities for children.

At the same time, activities aim to attract and promote children's participation rights, prepare them for a fun and healthy summer vacation, and limit children from falling into violent games and other social evils.
