Union member Le Thi Bich Ngoc has worked in Vinh Phuoc commune for more than 10 years, is currently a part-time cadre, her husband works at the People's Committee of the hamlet; the family has 1 child of school age. The family's life is difficult, so the old house is too crooked to be repaired or rebuilt. Despite the difficult family circumstances, union member Le Thi Bich Ngoc always completes the assigned tasks well.
Thanks to the attention and support of the Trade Union, after nearly a month of construction, the new house was completed with an area of 48m2 , walls, corrugated iron roof, tiled floor, and toilet. The construction cost was nearly 100 million VND, of which the Tri Ton District Labor Federation supported 50 million VND, the remaining amount was supported by relatives, colleagues and a part of the family.
At the ceremony, the Tri Ton District Labor Federation and the Vinh Phuoc Commune Labor Union sent gifts and congratulations to the family. They hoped that union member Le Thi Bich Ngoc would have more motivation to overcome difficulties, develop the family economy and complete her work well.
