More than 250 delegates who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and accountants of affiliated grassroots trade unions heard: Official Dispatch 4133 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the reorganization of the trade union apparatus in the spirit of Resolution 60-NQ/TW: Time to complete the work of dissolving the trade union organization, ending the activities of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Trade Union Inspection Committee before June 15, 2025. Implement the contents of Plan 181/KH-LĐLĐ of the Provincial Labor Federation, implement the directives and instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor when reorganizing the trade union apparatus: Finalizing documents, handling finance - assets, handing over records, documents, papers related to the trade union organization; records and documents on the organization, apparatus, related personnel...
Accordingly, for grassroots trade unions of administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% salary from the state budget that end their operations before June 10, 2025; update revenue and expenditure documents, record accounting books to report financial settlement and send reports to the immediate superiors before June 5, 2025. After the settlement of the end of operations is approved, the units will synthesize, classify documents, and package them neatly according to the fiscal year (from 2015 to 2025), ensuring that all documents are sent to the Provincial Federation of Labor.
For grassroots trade unions of enterprises and non-public service units, service units that do not receive 100% salary from the state budget directly under the direct superior trade union, continue to operate normally, update revenue and expenditure documents, record accounting books, and promptly report financial data to the direct superior before June 10, 2025.
Timely information on documents and plans of the Central and provincial levels creates favorable conditions for the receiving unit or superior agency to receive and manage assets, finance, and reorganize the organization and assets. Ensure that union assets are fully inventoried, counted, and processed in accordance with regulations, prevent loss and waste of assets, and properly manage document and archive work during the process of reorganizing the organization of the union organization according to the requirements of the proposed schedule.
