The seminar was conducted in person and connected online with provinces and centrally-run cities. Right before the Dialogue, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates performed the button-pressing ceremony to launch the National Legal Portal "Accompanying people and businesses into the new era".
At the seminar, representatives of enterprises and business associations assessed that Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development showed unprecedented breakthroughs in the concept and thinking of private economic development. At the same time, they requested the Government to urgently develop and specify mechanisms and policies suitable for each group of enterprises according to scale, including small enterprises, small and medium enterprises, micro enterprises, especially business households.
Delegates also proposed many solutions to contribute to the effective implementation of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo, such as: It is necessary to speed up the process of removing barriers in administrative procedures; focus on supporting small and medium enterprises to access key resources in terms of land, finance, preferential credit, application of science and technology; have preferential tax policies for investors in the agricultural sector, etc.
During the implementation process, delegates requested the Government, ministries and branches to promptly grasp difficulties and obstacles in mechanisms and policies to promptly remove and support businesses.

Concluding the Seminar, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested ministries, branches and localities to build institutions and policies; issue tools to inspect and monitor private economic activities but focus on post-inspection. In addition, it is necessary to better implement 3 strategic breakthroughs: Breakthrough in administrative procedures, strengthen decentralization and delegation of power to reduce time and compliance costs for people and businesses; breakthrough in infrastructure to create new development space, create urban areas, services, land value added, reduce input costs, increase product competitiveness; breakthrough in human resources to meet the development requirements of businesses.
Along with that is creating the most favorable conditions for all enterprises to have the opportunity to develop, serving the development of the country; ensuring equal access to capital, resources, land, human resources, legality, ensuring the legitimate and legal rights and interests of enterprises.
The Prime Minister hopes that businesses will continuously innovate, promote business ethics, strengthen cooperation and closely connect with each other to create a wider supply and service chain...
