This year's Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene were implemented synchronously and effectively by trade unions at all levels in the province, contributing to caring for the material and spiritual life of workers; at the same time affirming the role and position of trade unions.
Accordingly, the whole province has presented nearly 2,000 gifts with a total value of about 2 billion VND to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances. The program "Union Meal - Thanking Workers" was organized at 20 units, attracting more than 6,000 participants, combined with health check-ups, cultural and sports exchanges.

In addition, many humanitarian activities such as workers' festivals, welfare fairs, zero-dong booths... are organized in industrial parks and workers' dormitories, contributing to improving the welfare of union members and workers.
At the Program, 28 individuals received the Certificate of Creative Labor from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 6 collectives with outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing the 2025 Workers' Month received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Labor Federation.
