Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City: Disbursement of over 900 billion VND

According to the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, since the project began, the capital disbursed for Component Project 3, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City is more than 900 billion VND, reaching more than 80% of the total capital of more than 1.1 trillion VND allocated for the project until the end of 2025.

In 2025 alone, the project is allocated nearly 380 billion VND in capital. To date, more than 150 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching nearly 40% of the 2025 capital plan.

Component 3 Project, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City has a length of more than 11km. The project has the starting point at Km0+000 in Vinh Thanh commune; the end point at Nhon Trach bridge in Long Tan commune, Nhon Trach district.

Regarding the scale, for the expressway section, the project will build 5km from Km0+000 to Km5+000, connecting with Component Project 1A at the intersection of Provincial Road 25B. For the parallel road, the investment will be made to build along both sides of the expressway for the entire section of more than 11km, including 2 bridges over Rach Chay River on the parallel road.
