The class opened on December 18, 2024 at Ton Duc Thang Political School, with 56 students, including 45 male students and 11 female students. Students were researched and trained in 27 teaching topics and 6 reporting topics, compiled and updated to closely match the current practical situation. In addition, the class also went on field research, took 2 tests and wrote a final graduation project. All 54 students achieved good results, a rate of 100%; the Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics signed a decision to recognize graduation and issued a graduation certificate.
