Formosa Ha Tinh honors and presents gold to 687 long-time employees

On the afternoon of May 31, Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation (Formosa Ha Tinh) held a ceremony to honor and award commemorative medals to outstanding employees; and to present gold medals to workers who have devoted themselves to the company for 5, 10, and 15 years. This is an annual event organized by Formosa Ha Tinh since 2015.

At the ceremony, the representative of Formosa Ha Tinh's leadership, Mr. Nguu Tuan Phat - Deputy General Director of Formosa Ha Tinh Company congratulated and expressed deep gratitude to all employees who have made efforts and accompanied the company's development.

After more than 16 years of development with many difficulties and challenges, thanks to the solidarity and efforts of all staff and workers, the company has continued to develop.

With the motto "employees are the most valuable assets of the company", in the coming time, despite the decline in steel industry revenue, Formosa Ha Tinh will continue to strive to operate the factory stably and effectively; focus on improving the welfare of employees, thereby ensuring life and employment, creating a connection between the company and employees, creating development for Vung Ang Economic Zone in particular and Ha Tinh in general.

Representatives of the honored workers expressed their sincere thanks to the company's leaders for their deep concern for the lives and jobs of the workers. The company's officers and employees promised to strive, train, and compete in labor production to bring Formosa Ha Tinh further in the future.

At the ceremony, Formosa Ha Tinh honored 36 outstanding employees and presented gold to 651 employees who have been with the company for many years (including: 295 employees who have been with the company for 5 years received 1.2 taels of gold; 352 employees who have been with the company for 10 years received 2 taels of gold; 4 employees who have been with the company for 15 years received 3 taels of gold).
