On May 30, at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, the Provincial Steering Committee for Key Projects for the 2021-2025 period (Steering Committee) held a meeting on the implementation of key projects in the province. At the meeting on April 14, 2025, the Steering Committee resolutely directed and urged departments, branches and localities to carry out tasks to accelerate project implementation progress, site clearance (GPMB) for key projects and issued Notice No. 18-TB/BCĐ dated April 18, 2025. Up to now, the implementation of a number of key projects has had positive changes. In particular, the investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, the districts are actively GPMB for residential land, business land; Tan Phuc - Vong Phan Road Project (assigned to DT.378) has completed GPMB for agricultural land, public land and moving graves, the localities are actively implementing resettlement areas to allocate resettlement land to households and individuals; Although the project to build a route connecting cultural heritage tourism and economic development along the Red River has not yet completed the selection of construction contractors, localities have been active in site clearance work, and have so far cleared 30.46 hectares; The investment project to build the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway has just been added to the list of key projects by the Steering Committee in Decision No. 04-QD/BCĐ dated May 16, 2025, but Van Lam district and My Hao town have actively promoted, mobilized, and issued decisions assigning site clearance tasks...

Concluding the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia requested that sectors and localities need to participate more resolutely and synchronously in implementing site clearance for key projects of the province. Members of the Steering Committee continue to promote their roles and responsibilities in performing their tasks; regularly work, inspect, supervise and urge the implementation of projects in assigned areas. All levels and sectors continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the directions of the Steering Committee; concretize them into programs, work plans and implementation solutions; strengthen coordination to detect and handle difficulties and problems right at the grassroots level, not to shirk or avoid responsibility. Localities review, arrange and hand over site clearance dossiers of projects to communes and wards to carry out site clearance work after organizing two-level administrative units.

The Provincial Party Secretary assigned specific tasks to departments and branches in implementing key projects in the coming time. In particular, focusing on the tasks of site clearance, resettlement, handling the shortage of construction materials, etc.
