Before the time of paying respect to the Buddha's relics, many Buddhists and people gathered at the Bell Pagoda to express their respect to the Buddha.
To prepare for this special religious event, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Hung Yen province has closely coordinated with the provincial authorities to implement the decoration and celebration plan; ensure security, order, traffic, health and rescue. Thousands of volunteers and authorities have been mobilized to guide and support people and Buddhists to worship.
