Cho Moi visits and gives gifts to children in special circumstances

On the morning of May 30, Vice Chairman of Cho Moi District People's Committee Vo Minh Nang visited and presented gifts to children in special circumstances studying at Diep Quang Inclusive Education Development Support Facility (Long Dien B Commune) on the occasion of International Children's Day (June 1).

Diep Quang Inclusive Education Development Support Facility has been operating since 2020, established by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Khuyen (working at Cho Moi District Medical Center). Its main activities are care, education, psychological intervention and rehabilitation - supporting education to integrate into the community; therapy for children with developmental disorders, difficulties in language, behavior and cognition.

Here, Vice Chairman of Cho Moi District People's Committee Vo Minh Nang and members of the delegation kindly visited and presented 50 gifts; each gift worth 200,000 VND, including cakes, milk, candy, with a total amount of 10 million VND.

According to Vice Chairman of Cho Moi District People's Committee Vo Minh Nang, the activity demonstrates the concern of the Party Committee and the government in the cause of protecting and caring for children, especially children in especially difficult circumstances; supporting children in especially difficult circumstances, children living and studying in centers and facilities to enjoy a happy International Children's Day (June 1).
