Previously, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police received a complaint from the people about Luong Phu Quoi taking advantage of his position as Head of the Transaction Office of the Oriental Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Tan Chau Branch (An Giang Province), to agree to borrow VND 1.2 billion from Mr. D.VM to pay off the bank's debt. After receiving the money, Quoi appropriated it and left the area.

Currently, it is unclear where Quoi is, and it is necessary to organize a search to serve the work of handling crime reports.
