Thuan Hoa district's urban infrastructure is increasingly spacious and complete.

Attending were member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Hue City Nguyen Quang Tuan; member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thuan Hoa District Party Committee Phan Thien Dinh, leaders of Thuan Hoa District and People's Council delegates in the area.

The District People's Council delegates discussed, reviewed and approved 4 Resolutions (NQ) under their authority on approving the final settlement of the state budget of Hue City in 2024. In particular, they agreed on the plan to use increased revenue and save expenditure in 2024: the surplus from the local budget of more than 3.37 billion VND and the surplus of the Hue City budget (old) of nearly 620 million VND will be accounted for in the budget revenue of Thuan Hoa District in 2025 to continue to arrange for spending tasks according to the provisions of law.

At the same time, use more than 55 billion VND from increased revenue and budget savings in 2024 to supplement capital for investment projects and other urgent tasks; agree on a plan to use more than 70.6 billion VND of land use revenue from the previous year to supplement capital for other projects of more than 10.6 billion VND and target additional wards of 60 billion VND to invest, upgrade infrastructure, facilities, and purchase equipment after merging into new wards. Supplement the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 with district budget capital to manage 2 project portfolios with a total estimated investment of 61,748 billion VND.

Acting Chairman of the People's Council of Thuan Hoa District, Tran Hung Nam, emphasized that the Resolutions passed at this session are extremely important contents, stemming from urgent and practical requirements, and the goals of the district's socio -economic development plan. Therefore, it is recommended that the District People's Committee promptly concretize the Resolutions for implementation, promptly report to competent authorities on the settlement of the budget of Hue City (old) in 2024 as well as promptly allocate resources to serve socio-economic development in the area.
