Accordingly, implementing Plan No. 162 dated April 10, 2025 of the Hue City People's Committee on the implementation of the arrangement of commune-level and district-level administrative units of Hue City according to Conclusion No. 127 dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat; The Hue City People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 6264 dated May 23, 2025 on the implementation of a number of contents on the fields of finance, investment, and enterprises when arranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a 2-level government organization model.

Particularly in the field of business registration, enterprises and the Department of Finance provide information on updating information on business registration certificates. Enterprises, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups continue to use the business registration certificates, business household registration certificates, cooperative registration certificates, cooperative group registration certificates, and branch/representative office/business location registration certificates that have been issued.

The business registration authority is not allowed to request enterprises, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups to register changes in address information due to changes in administrative boundaries. Enterprises, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups update address information due to changes in administrative boundaries on the enterprise registration certificate, business household registration certificate, cooperative registration certificate, cooperative group registration certificate, branch/representative office/business location registration certificate when needed or at the same time when registering changes, notifying changes to other contents in the registration of enterprises, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups.

Regarding the change of the enterprise seal, pursuant to Article 4, Decree No. 01 dated January 4, 2021 of the Government on enterprise registration, enterprises are not required to stamp the application for enterprise registration, notice of change of enterprise registration content, resolution, decision, meeting minutes in the enterprise registration dossier. In case an enterprise needs to use a seal, pursuant to Article 43 of the Enterprise Law 2020, the enterprise decides on the type, quantity, form and content of the seal of the enterprise, branches, representative offices and other units of the enterprise.

The management and storage of seals shall comply with the provisions of the Company Charter or regulations issued by the enterprise, branch, representative office or other unit of the enterprise having the seal. The enterprise shall use the seal in transactions in accordance with the provisions of law.
