Presenting national flags to fishermen in Vinh Hai commune |
Presenting 500 national flags and 100 life jackets to fishermen with offshore fishing boats in Phu Hai commune, the delegation sent their regards, encouragement and wishes for fishermen to have safe and bountiful seafood seasons. The delegation also hoped that fishermen would always be united, unanimous and strictly comply with the provisions of the law on seafood exploitation, absolutely not exploit seafood that violates the territorial waters of other countries; join hands with our functional forces to firmly protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
When presenting gifts to some families of policy beneficiaries and fishermen in difficult circumstances in Vinh Thanh commune, the leaders of the Army Youth Union, the Political Department of the Military Region and the Hue City Military Command kindly visited, encouraged and deeply shared the difficulties of the families, thereby hoping that the families would continue to try to overcome difficulties to rise up in life. On this occasion, the delegation also presented gifts to the families, each worth 2 million VND.
This is one of the meaningful activities, demonstrating the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism, and responsibility of the Army youth in particular and the youth of Military Region 4 in general towards the community and the homeland's sea and islands. Thereby, further tightening the close relationship between the army and the people, contributing to maintaining the people's hearts and minds in the strategic coastal area of the Central region.
