For the people here, helping each other in times of need, or sharing business experiences, developing the economy, educating children and grandchildren, and building happy families are indispensable things in daily life. Behind this beautiful story of village love and neighborliness is the great contribution of the Party cell secretary of the residential group, Nguyen Huu Bon.

In the afternoon, when the harsh summer sun still shines down, along both sides of the street in the residential area, the old ladies have begun to gather and chat, and the children are happily playing on the red brick floor in the yard. At the cultural house, the voices, laughter, and the sound of volleyball from the people resound loudly. From afternoon to night when the high-pressure lamps are lit, the atmosphere of physical exercise and sports to improve health here still does not "cool down".

Leading us on a tour along the village roads, the residential group party secretary Nguyen Huu Bon could not hide his joy and confided: "Most of the people are people who were born, raised or have a long-standing ancestry in the residential group. Therefore, they cherish every road, every row of trees, every habit, especially the neighborly affection. Therefore, during the process of being the party secretary from 2018 until now, the first thing that I and the residential group front working committee actively built and implemented was to promote propaganda and mobilization work so that people can live happily, harmoniously, unitedly, towards building a strong community. Next, we determined that any common work and activity of the residential group must come from the interests of the people, by the people and for the people. At the same time, no matter what we do, we must get people's opinions; the contributions from people when mobilizing socialization must be public and transparent before the residential group meeting".

In addition, to gain the people's sympathy and support, I and the front committee of the residential group do not hesitate to go to each house to understand the thoughts, aspirations and circumstances of the people. If there are any difficulties or problems, we will work with the households to resolve them in a reasonable and sympathetic manner. Along with that, we are propagating and mobilizing people to actively participate in cultural and sports activities or help each other when "the lights go out"... Thanks to that, all movements and activities in the residential group are united and supported by the people.

Currently, the residential group has 130 households and 540 people. In the process of building a new rural area to a model new rural area, so that people can understand and agree, Mr. Bon and the front committee of the residential group have propagated, mobilized, explained, and persuaded people through meetings and visited each house to talk. Mr. Bon said, "In order for people to voluntarily donate land, we have followed the motto "do the easy first, do the difficult later", "party members go first, the country follows", to arouse the spirit, responsibility for the community, self-awareness, and volunteerism of each person. Thanks to that, people in the residential group have understood and voluntarily donated more than 600 square meters of land to build roads. After the road was expanded, people also joined hands to contribute to building new fences, drainage ditches, pouring concrete, cementing, planting flowers, trees, lighting, bringing a bright - green - clean - beautiful environmental landscape".

In economic development, along with agricultural development, people here also do additional jobs such as making rice paper and rice vermicelli. These jobs have existed for a long time, becoming an indispensable part of people's daily working life. However, in the process of urbanization, and changes in the market, there have been many challenges to preserving traditional jobs, which is the risk of fading away due to lack of human resources and market competition. However, Mr. Bon and the front committee of the residential group have actively promoted to make people understand that in order to preserve the job, it is necessary to focus on maintaining product quality, promoting and developing the market, as well as passing on the job to the younger generation. Along with that, people must truly unite, support, share with each other the secrets of the job as well as support each other with capital to do business, expand production... Thanks to that, the job of making rice paper and rice vermicelli here is increasingly developing, currently the residential group also has quite a few households maintaining the job.

Thanks to the dedication and responsibility of the Party Secretary of the residential group Nguyen Huu Bon, over the years, not only has the appearance of the residential group changed, but the neighborhood relationship of the people here has also been closely and firmly connected. That is also the basis and foundation for building a cultural life, cultural people and a cultural land.
