On the evening of January 5, striker Nguyen Xuan Son of the Vietnamese team was awarded the "Best Player" and "Top Scorer" of the ASEAN Cup 2024 (AFF Cup 2024), helping Vietnam win the Southeast Asian championship for the third time.
