At around 10:30 a.m. on August 13, a 3-story house (a combination of residential and commercial) located on Le Thanh Ton Street (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province) suddenly caught fire.
Mr. Bui Ba Truc (76 years old, Le Loi ward) in the house next door said: "When I discovered the fire broke out, I saw people in the house trying to use fire extinguishers to put it out but couldn't, then everyone ran outside. My family also ran outside because they were worried that the fire would spread."

After receiving the information, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Binh Dinh Province mobilized 3 fire trucks, 1 ladder truck and nearly 40 officers and soldiers to the scene to carry out fire fighting and rescue work.
Because the house contained too many plastic materials, the fire burned fiercely, so firefighters had to work very hard to use ladders to climb to the upper floor to break down the door to put out the fire.
At the scene, the fire broke out strongly, the forces also quickly deployed fire fighting work, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring houses.

Initial information from authorities, all items in the house were burned down by the fire.
By around 12 noon the same day, the fire was completely extinguished. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the authorities.
