Favorite Employer 2024 is a non-profit survey conducted by CareerViet, thereby honoring favorite recruiting brands.

Using the methodology (Amco Vietnam Market Research Company), the survey was launched from July 7 to October 31, 2024. In addition to 84,221 people and more than 5,720 businesses participating in the survey, CareerViet assessed that this was a survey that attracted strong interest with more than 3.8 million responses.

This year, the program honored over 5 categories: most impressive application experience, most favorite internal employees, most favorite candidates in the industry, most favorite employers by industry and most favorite group of employers in 2024.
The top 5 most favorite enterprises in 2024 in the large enterprise sector are Vinamilk, Vinpearl, Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex, Masan Consumer Joint Stock Company and FPT IS, respectively.
In the medium-sized enterprise sector, the most favorite recruiting company of the year belongs to McDonald's Vietnam.
CareerViet also honored businesses in 20 other industries.
