Jointly top of Group C1 League C with two games remaining, Sweden and Slovakia will face off for the top spot on Saturday evening.
Both are unbeaten so far, with a 2-2 draw in last month's game. The winner in Solna will secure automatic promotion.
Latest Sweden vs Slovakia team information
Former Denmark and AC Milan striker Jon Dahl Tomasson continues to have a potent attacking trio of Alexander Isak and Viktor Gyokeres, supported by Dejan Kulusevski. However, Nottingham Forest winger Anthony Elanga will not be joining them, having refused to answer Tomasson’s call-up since a disagreement in the Swedish training camp in October.

Hugo Larsson was injured in Eintracht Frankfurt's last Bundesliga game and will not be available for the team in Marbella. Emil Krafth and Hugo Bolin are also absent, leaving Tomasson with the call-up of Isac Lidberg, who has scored 10 goals in 12 games for Darmstadt this season and has been called up to the national team for the first time.
Meanwhile, Slovakia welcome back midfielder Stanislav Lobotka, although he has only recently recovered from a thigh injury and has yet to feature in a match. Euro 2024 star Ivan Schranz has also recovered from injury, but has only played 30 minutes in a Czech Cup match since early September. Sparta Prague winger Lukas Haraslin and veteran midfielder Juraj Kucka are absent.
Mallorca goalkeeper Dominik Greif, after a regular spell in La Liga, has been called up for the first time in three years and will serve as back-up to Marek Rodak and Martin Dubravka.

Latest football commentary Sweden vs Slovakia
Sweden, competing in Europe's third tier for the first time after two consecutive relegations in previous Nations League campaigns, have proven themselves superior to most of their opponents so far.
With three wins in four games and an average of almost three goals per game, Blagult (Sweden)'s promotion back to League B is progressing smoothly, after picking up four more points in October.

Jon Dahl Tomasson's side started with a 3-1 win away to Azerbaijan and a 3-0 home win over Estonia, with goals from the excellent striker duo Viktor Gyokeres and Alexander Isak. However, last month Sweden's campaign was temporarily interrupted by Slovakia, who came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 in Bratislava thanks to a double from David Strelec.
A subsequent 3-0 win in Estonia, in which Gyokeres scored again, saw Sweden move to the top of Group 1 on goal difference over Slovakia, so they can settle for a draw this weekend and still top the group if they beat Azerbaijan on Tuesday, in their second successive home game.
Slovakia also have 10 points from four games, so they could also secure direct promotion to League B with a win on Saturday. This would give them a better head-to-head record, which is crucial in sorting out teams on the same points, although they could then lose at home to Estonia.
Either way, at least a play-off place is assured after two wins over Azerbaijan, a win over Estonia and a draw with Sweden last month. Like their nearest Group 1 rivals, Slovakia look unlikely to be in League C, having reached the last 16 of Euro 2024, where they narrowly missed out on beating England to reach the quarter-finals.
Slovakia have won six and lost three of their 12 games played this year, including wins over Belgium and Wales, so the trip to Solna will not worry Francesco Calzona and his players.
