The "Green March" campaign is an opportunity for young people in the armed forces to demonstrate their sense of responsibility, promote their pioneering and volunteering role for the community and the Fatherland.
Taking place at a time when the entire Party, people and army are competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, towards the 14th National Party Congress, the campaign becomes even more meaningful and widely spread.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial Police Youth Union coordinated with the Youth Union of BIDV Bank, Nghe An branch, to present a house repair support sign worth 50 million VND to Mr. Pham Van Chung, a poor household living in Block 6, Nghi Tan Ward.
Along with that, 30 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, were sent to 15 families in difficult circumstances and 15 poor students who overcame difficulties to study well.

Towards the sea and islands, the youth of the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command presented 200 photos of Uncle Ho, 400 national flags and 10 gifts (each worth VND500,000) to local fishermen. The gifts not only have material value but are also a great source of spiritual encouragement, adding confidence to the people to go out to sea, contributing to protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.

In addition, the youth union members of the armed forces organized activities to examine, provide health consultation and distribute free medicine to people; propagate drug and electronic cigarette prevention; and train hundreds of children in drowning prevention skills. 150 lunches were also delivered to patients being treated at Vinh City General Hospital.
Not only at the provincial level, at the grassroots level, the youth of the armed forces also simultaneously launched a series of meaningful activities towards border areas, remote and isolated areas. Many specific tasks have been implemented such as: building new rural areas, propagating the prevention of social evils, supporting digital transformation in the locality. The movement "Digital Education for the People" has been widely spread, contributing to helping people, especially young people in difficult areas, access information technology.
