It is known that, in order to support localities damaged by floods, the Japanese Government has decided to transfer relief goods through JICA, under the Japan Emergency Disaster Relief Program. Goods were exported from JICA warehouse and transported by air to Noi Bai International Airport, then handed over to the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention ( Ministry of Agriculture and Environment ) for coordination to severely affected localities, including Bac Ninh province. This meaningful relief activity contributes to further strengthening the friendly cooperation and solidarity between Japan and Vietnam in responding to natural disasters and recovering from storms and floods.
