At the program, delegates and members reviewed the 95-year tradition of Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20th (1930 - 2025). Throughout history, Vietnamese women have always upheld the spirit of "heroism, indomitability, loyalty, and resourcefulness," contributing in all areas of social life.

Leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to visually impaired women members facing particularly difficult circumstances. |
The province currently has over 2,600 members of the Association of the Blind; of which 1,258 are women. Continuing the tradition of Vietnamese women, the female members always strive to study, work, and produce, asserting their abilities and integrating into the community.
The Women's Union at all levels regularly organizes many practical activities aimed at visually impaired women and children, such as: caring for and protecting children; promoting gender equality; preventing and combating domestic violence; supporting livelihoods and improving life skills for members, contributing to spreading the spirit of compassion and sharing in the community.
