Selling drinks, the profit is not high and lacks stability due to the irregular number of customers every day. Therefore, the shop needs to recruit employees who are students who want to work part-time with the main purpose of gaining experience and accumulating life experience without placing too much emphasis on income. During the school year, recruiting this type of labor is quite difficult, so sometimes I have to mobilize relatives to help with the shop's work. However, since the beginning of summer, the shop has had many students come to ask for jobs. Currently, all employees of the shop are students from universities in the area and students who have just graduated from high school. If you work hard, in addition to the hourly income of 20,000-35,000 VND/hour (depending on position), you will also receive additional rewards for diligence and responsibility.
In addition to mixing drinks and serving tables in restaurants, other job positions are also in need of workers, such as: kitchen assistant, sales, delivery, cashier, customer care, security... To reduce the cost of hiring regular workers, businesses, production and business units all want to recruit seasonal workers. The income of seasonal workers is often calculated by hour, day or by the output of completed products, averaging from 15,000-25,000 VND/hour.

Therefore, the restaurant also has a great need for seasonal workers, especially delivery staff. There are times when the restaurant does not dare to accept home delivery orders from customers because there are not enough delivery staff.
In companies, cooperatives, and food processing facilities, summer is the time to accelerate production to meet year-end orders. Moreover, in the summer, there are many types of specialty fruits used for processing and packaging for export, such as lychees, plums, peaches, lotus seeds, etc., so the demand for seasonal workers to do packaging and labeling of products increases.
For example, at Hagimex Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa Industrial Park, Ngoc Son Commune (Kim Bang), from the end of May to the beginning of June until now, they have continuously posted notices recruiting seasonal workers who are students, teachers, middle-aged and elderly people to work. The main jobs requiring this large workforce are labeling, packing baby cucumbers, peeling fresh lychees, washing lychees, putting lychees in jars... The company is attracting hundreds of seasonal workers to work with an income of 18,000-20,000 VND/hour.
According to the Administration and Human Resources Department of Hagimex Joint Stock Company, most of the company's seasonal jobs do not require much in terms of health, skills, or work experience. The work is quite easy to learn and easy to do, so it is suitable for many people, from students to middle-aged and elderly people. All workers coming to work at the company are given favorable conditions and flexibility in working hours during the day, not necessarily working all day. In particular, workers are paid daily. In addition, during the current peak production period, the company also has overtime, night shifts, and calculates a separate coefficient for night shift workers.
It can be seen that the development of the seasonal labor market has brought many opportunities and job positions in various fields and occupations, especially in the service and freight transport industries with high recruitment needs.
