The festival series attracted nearly 60,000 domestic and international tourists and residents, featuring more than 10 meaningful cultural, economic , and diplomatic activities, nearly 80 Miss Cosmo contestants from various countries, over 60 ambassadors and commercial attachés and consuls from more than 60 countries, 1,111 tea artisans performing harmonious music, and an exhibition of 1,000 ancient tea trees.

At the closing ceremony, leaders of Lam Dong province, the organizing committee, local people, and tourists looked back on nearly a month of hard work shaping a promising future for the domestic tea industry.

Held for the first time in Lam Dong – the cradle of the renowned B'lao tea and a region striving to recover from severe natural disasters – the organizers conveyed a message of revival, resilience, and sustainable development throughout each activity. The diverse program comprehensively connected Vietnamese tea culture with art, tourism, trade, diplomacy, and education, creating many memorable moments and opening up new hopes for the country's tea industry.

In the closing ceremony, the Gen Tea 2025 competition – “Igniting the Soul of Tea, Unleashing Youthful Energy,” the first of its kind organized for young tea enthusiasts – concluded after several intense rounds held in Ho Chi Minh City and Lam Dong. Outperforming over 100 competing teams, the Cuu Long team from the University of Culture and the University of Management and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City won first place.

At the closing ceremony, artists and dance troupes such as Hien Thuc, Ngo Lan Huong, Kay Tran, Tang Duy Tan, Bich Phuong… also presented a series of spectacular performances.

The festival left many unique and distinctive cultural imprints, such as the record-breaking performance of 1,111 tea ladies performing the tea offering ceremony in the Vietnamese tea-drinking style amidst the Bảo Lộc tea hills. The 1927-era ancient tea factory opened its doors to visitors, offering a journey to discover over a century of Vietnamese tea industry heritage, and the exhibition space showcasing 1,000 ancient tea trees.

At the same time, the festival also opens up a rich space for cultural exchange between Vietnam and the international community through unique art programs, with the highlight being the appearance of nearly 80 international Miss Cosmo contestants, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere and a strong spirit of integration.

Building upon the foundation of Vietnamese tea culture, World Tea Fest 2025 continues to create practical opportunities for the Vietnamese tea industry to enter the global value chain. The festival series has organized an international tea culture space to showcase the tea cultural identities of countries such as Vietnam, China, Japan, France, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan. This activity also provides a professional trading environment where Vietnamese businesses can access international standards, learn advanced production models, and promote their products to global buyers.

Simultaneously, the Tea Summit has become a strategic forum with discussions revolving around consumer trends, sustainable development, and the building of specialty tea brands. Expert perspectives help businesses and farmers define long-term development paths, from improving production processes to enhancing quality and increasing international competitiveness.

The festival also brings new vitality to Lam Dong tourism. Lasting nearly a month, the event attracts thousands of visitors, stimulating the ecosystem of accommodation, cuisine, shopping, etc. Moreover, World Tea Fest opens up the potential for forming a "Vietnamese tea tourism" brand, with unique products such as tea farm tours, processing experiences, art tea tasting, and seasonal tourism, contributing to positioning Lam Dong as a new destination for experiential tourism.

One of the festival's most outstanding successes lies in its diplomatic value. The participation of over 60 ambassadors, trade attachés, consuls, and numerous global organizations, experts, and businesses has helped Vietnamese tea become a "soft language" in international exchanges. Through dialogue and international exchanges, Vietnamese tea culture has conveyed a profound story about Vietnam and its people, thereby strongly promoting the spirit of friendship and international cooperation.

Alongside cultural, economic, and diplomatic activities, World Tea Fest 2025 also pays special attention to educating the younger generation and encouraging entrepreneurship in the tea industry through programs such as Tea Talk and Gen Tea. Here, young people gain access to knowledge about the tea industry, market trends, and creative entrepreneurial thinking, contributing to the formation of a successor generation that will sustainably develop Vietnamese tea in the future.

The festival concluded with a spectacular artistic program that emotionally recreated the journey it had created, from the solemn tea-offering ceremonies and efforts to connect cultures, diplomacy, and the economy, to the youthful creativity and vibrant international atmosphere. The performances were staged to reflect a constantly moving, modern, and creative way of life, yet still deeply imbued with traditional cultural identity, serving as inspiration for the future.

Under the direction of the People's Committee and in coordination with Nam A Bank, Doi Dep brand, Lam Dong Tea Joint Stock Company, and Miss Cosmo Organization, the program marked a successful festival season and opened up expectations that Da Lat - Bao Loc will become the "tea festival capital" of the region in the future. World Tea Fest 2025 is not just a simple cultural event but also a symbol of connection and dissemination of the essence of Vietnamese tea, promoting the tea industry to reach the world.
