In addition, connecting the National Insurance Database with information and data as prescribed in Decision 3074/QD-BYT helps create an interconnected electronic medical record management system, thereby optimizing the management and monitoring of patients' medical examination and treatment history, facilitating continuous and synchronous health care, minimizing errors and increasing treatment efficiency, supporting the adjustment of insurance policies to better suit actual requirements. Develop and supplement information indicators, standard regulations and appropriate input/output data formats, meeting current legal documents. Coordinate with the Ministry of Health to direct medical facilities to fully, promptly and synchronously update data on health insurance participation status, medical examination and treatment history of people to share with medical facilities for use in medical examination and treatment activities to minimize administrative procedures and increase management efficiency. There are solutions to enhance data security and safety, strictly comply with regulations on the security of sensitive personal data and people's privacy. Develop a coordination regulation between the Ministry of Health and Vietnam Social Security, connect, authenticate and standardize the national Insurance Database with the specialized database of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
