Or deploying an AI system to automatically analyze data to find unusual patterns, give warnings, and recommend adjustments in accordance with legal regulations. Coordinate with ministries and branches with national databases and related specialized sectors to build data services to compare and cross-check data regularly. Apply personal identification numbers and identification information of participants throughout the platforms and information systems of Vietnam Social Security published on the National Digital Platform Information page at www.ndp.dx.gov.vn. Restructuring and building a national database on insurance in sync with Project 175 on building a National Data Center. Through the use of enterprise codes to connect and share information on the Certificate of Business Registration, information on the total expected number of employees, business lines, methods of social insurance payment, date of change, latest information of the enterprise to the National Database on Insurance; the National Database on Insurance shares information on the number of employees paying social insurance to the National Database on Business Registration. Build a process for receiving and processing information, connected and shared data to ensure timely, accurate and synchronous updates of information shared in both systems. Build and supplement information indicators, standard regulations and appropriate input/output data formats, meeting current legal documents. Regarding the connection, authentication and standardization of the National Insurance Database with information and data as prescribed in Decision 3074/QD-BYT dated November 11, 2022 of the Ministry of Health , the group of basic medical information in the National Insurance Database plays an important role in improving management efficiency, improving the quality of medical services and health insurance for people; serving the settlement of social insurance regimes such as sickness, maternity, convalescence, health recovery...; managing and supervising the payment of health insurance to the right subjects, in accordance with regulations, helping to prevent cases of fraud and abuse of medical services to profit from insurance. In addition, connecting the National Insurance Database with information and data as prescribed in Decision 3074/QD-BYT helps create an interconnected electronic medical record management system, thereby optimizing the management and monitoring of patients' medical examination and treatment history, facilitating continuous and synchronous health care, minimizing errors and increasing treatment efficiency, supporting the adjustment of insurance policies to better suit actual requirements. Develop and supplement information indicators, standard regulations and appropriate input/output data formats, meeting current legal documents. Coordinate with the Ministry of Health to direct medical facilities to fully, promptly and synchronously update data on health insurance participation status, medical examination and treatment history of people to share with medical facilities for use in medical examination and treatment activities to minimize administrative procedures and increase management efficiency. There are solutions to enhance data security and safety, strictly comply with regulations on the security of sensitive personal data and people's privacy. Develop a coordination regulation between the Ministry of Health and Vietnam Social Security, connect, authenticate and standardize the national Insurance Database with the specialized database of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
