On February 21, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police informed that there are currently 16 department-level leaders and team commanders who have applied for early retirement.

Previously, at the end of January 2025, the 13th Central Conference agreed to streamline the organization of the Public Security apparatus according to a 3-level model: Ministry, province, commune and not organize district-level Public Security.

Up to now, the work to ensure the implementation of the new organizational model of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police has been basically completed, meeting the conditions to enter the actual implementation phase.
