Many key leaders of MobiFone joined the People's Public Security force

According to the Ministry of Public Security's electronic information portal , the ceremony to announce the decision to select and confer ranks on 8 key leaders of MobiFone took place on the afternoon of October 19 in Hanoi.

Presiding over the ceremony and handing over the decision, Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that MobiFone leaders are all key officials with good political qualities, capacity and professional qualifications.

The Minister of Public Security emphasized that this is a great honor, a turning point in the working career of each individual, and at the same time expressed the expectation and trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security in the spirit of tireless striving, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to sacrifice of the leaders who were given the decision as well as the collective of MobiFone staff.

MobiFone leaders selected to join the People's Public Security Forces include Mr. To Manh Cuong, Member of the Board of Members (BOD), General Director; Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, Member of the Board of Members; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Member of the Board of Members; Mr. Vinh Tuan Bao, Deputy General Director; Mr. Thiem Cong Nguyen, Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Deputy General Director; Mr. Bui Son Nam, Deputy General Director and Mr. Nguyen Quang Tien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the MobiFone Party Committee.

Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that after 8 months of transferring from the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to the Ministry of Public Security, becoming an enterprise directly serving security and defense, MobiFone has initially shown certain changes, gradually keeping up with the activities of the armed forces, making initial contributions to the implementation of Resolution 57 of the Politburo in the People's Public Security, especially in providing solutions, technology products, and digital transformation.

The Minister of Public Security also stated that MobiFone is facing a golden opportunity to break through and become a leading enterprise in the region with Resolution 57. The entire leadership team and staff of MobiFone need to strive to make the enterprise a leader in the field of telecommunications and technology, with influence not only domestically but also regionally and internationally.

Minister Luong Tam Quang presented the decision to select and promote key leaders of MobiFone to the police force.

Receiving the instructions of Minister Luong Tam Quang, Major General Truong Son Lam, Chairman of MobiFone Board of Directors, affirmed the determination of all MobiFone officers and employees in renewing thinking, eliminating old ways of doing things, and making outstanding efforts to excellently complete the set targets.

MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation was officially transferred from the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to the Ministry of Public Security on February 28.

At this event, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security also requested MobiFone to build a business strategy with a vision and a more comprehensive and systematic plan, develop and promote existing strengths and advantages, take advantage of and apply advanced achievements in the world to serve business activities.
