Candidates taking the high school graduation exam this year

This morning (August 18th), the Admissions Council of the University of Health Sciences - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (formerly the Faculty of Medicine) announced the admission cutoff scores for various methods based on the 2024 high school graduation exam results.

Accordingly, the medical field has the highest admission scores at 26.4 (based on high school graduation exam scores) and 26.18 (combining high school graduation exam results and international English certificates).

The cut-off scores for each specific major are shown in the following table:

According to regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training, after knowing the cutoff scores, successful candidates must confirm their enrollment online through the Ministry's general admissions system no later than 5 PM on August 27th. Simultaneously, candidates must go directly to universities to complete the enrollment procedures according to the timelines set by each university. From August 28th, universities with remaining vacancies will announce supplementary admissions rounds.
