Many Vinaphone subscribers across the country are having trouble making calls or making calls.

VNPT representative confirmed that VinaPhone encountered technical problems, so in some areas across the country, it was difficult to make calls but data usage was still normal.

On the morning of June 14, many VinaPhone users across the country reported being unable to receive calls, causing loss of communication. Khanh Huyen (Hoang Mai, Hanoi ) said that since around 11am, her VinaPhone SIM card could not receive, make calls or even access the internet. Facing a similar situation, Ms. Ha (Long Bien, Hanoi), a Vinaphone customer, said that up to now, she still could not receive calls to other subscribers.

On social networks, many people said they could not contact VinaPhone subscribers, even when the two devices were placed close to each other. Mobile data also worked intermittently, although the signal icon was still displayed normally. Not only in Hanoi, users in some localities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Hai Phong, ... also recorded similar situations.

A representative of VinaPhone said that they had received feedback about the network experiencing technical problems in some areas and were working to fix it to soon bring the service back to normal. However, the network said that customers could still use data to access the Internet normally.

As of 1 p.m., many customers were still reporting intermittent calls or network access on Vinaphone./.
