The North and the South are like roots and branches , blood brothers, fighting with one heart . When the reunification is successful, the North and the South will be happy together as one family. A few affectionate, simple words are both an appeal and a spring celebration." The Year of the Dragon 2024 is of great significance in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021-2025 and towards the 14th National Party Congress with new confidence, new spirit and new motivation.
