Before the final round of Dalat Best Dance Crew 2025 - Hoa Sen Home International Cup, a series of banners and streamers about the event covered all the roads leading to Lam Vien Square (Da Lat City), creating a bustling, expectant atmosphere.

With only one day left before the G-hour, preparations are being urgently completed. The stage inspired by this year’s theme “Into the Danceverse – Conquering the Dance Universe” has been completed, opening up a multi-sensory art space with a multi-layered structure and modern lifting table design. The sound and lighting systems have been installed synchronously and are in the process of technical testing, ready for the dance, music and light party, requiring precise and absolutely synchronized effects.

Every detail has been carefully calculated to create the best conditions for the performances, while ensuring safety and stable operation for an outdoor event according to international standards. The technical, logistics, security and program coordination teams are all in place, ready for two nights of explosive competition between domestic and international dance groups at the central square of the city of thousands of flowers.

Ms. Tran Diep My Dung - Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union Council said that to ensure the two final nights of Dalat Best Dance Crew 2025 - Hoa Sen Home International Cup take place smoothly, safely and create a good impression on the audience, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union has proactively coordinated closely with many relevant agencies and units from very early on.

Specifically, the Provincial Youth Union has coordinated with Lam Dong Provincial Police in developing a plan to ensure security, order and safety during the stage construction process, as well as ensuring the safety of the audience and the competing teams throughout the program.

“In particular, on the two final nights when a large number of tourists and people flocked to the city center, we worked with the authorities to carry out traffic diversions to minimize congestion. In addition, the Provincial Youth Union also coordinated with the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command to conduct inspections and ensure absolute safety for the event area.

Along with that, we also received active support from the People's Committee of Da Lat city, specialized departments and volunteer youth forces in maintaining order, environmental sanitation, and supporting the navigation of people and tourists," said Ms. Tran Diep My Dung.
