Thao Si is a candidate taking the exam at test site No. 3 of Muong Khuong District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities. She is one of the candidates taking the graduation exam with less fortunate circumstances. To be present at the exam is a process of personal effort and the encouragement and help of teachers on the path of knowledge. Her father passed away before Si was born, then her mother remarried, Si grew up in the care and nurturing of her grandparents. Overcoming her circumstances, Si always strives, studies hard and is determined to pass the graduation exam to achieve her dream of becoming a "teacher".

Warming free meals in the Si Ma Cai highlands

Many candidates taking the high school graduation exam in Si Ma Cai district were surprised and moved when they enjoyed free meals.

This is the program "Free Rice Kitchen" organized by a volunteer group in Si Ma Cai area and many other units and individuals to support candidates participating in the high school graduation exam.

Youth union members in the area participate in supporting the program.

At testing site No. 1, High School No. 1 of Si Ma Cai district, 185 candidates were not only invited to have breakfast, milk, and water, but also had free lunch and dinner at the school's semi-boarding kitchen.

"Free Meal" is a program organized by a volunteer group and a number of individuals and organizations to support candidates.

The dishes are well prepared, delicious and ensure food hygiene and safety, ensuring nutrition. This is a meaningful activity, adding motivation for candidates to participate in the exam to achieve high results.

It is known that the charity program was carried out from the afternoon of June 25 to the end of June 26. In addition to the volunteer force, the kitchen also had the participation of youth union members in Si Ma Cai district and a number of other units, individuals and organizations. The operating budget was mobilized from socialized sources.
