The Vietnam Road Administration has just informed about the situation of overcoming flooding on some routes through Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Cao Bang and traffic diversion measures to ensure traffic flow on the morning of October 10, 2025.

Specifically, on the morning of October 10, in the management area of ​​Road Management Area I, it did not rain. There was still a situation of local flooding of bridges and roads at some locations such as: +Km28+800- Km29+050, flooding about 150m long in the direction of Thai Nguyen - Hanoi (flooding about 60cm deep); +Km28+850- Km29+050, about 100m long in the direction of Hanoi - Thai Nguyen (flooding about 15cm).

Currently, the Office of Road Management Area, Bac Nam Company coordinates with the Traffic Police (PC-08 Department of Thai Nguyen province) to conduct traffic flow at Yen Binh intersection Km41+350; Coordinates with Traffic Police Team 15 of Hanoi City to conduct traffic flow at Km29+250.

Dividing traffic for vehicles with less than 9 seats from Hanoi - Thai Nguyen, old Bac Kan , Cao Bang, follow the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway (CT07) to Bac Phu intersection at Km26, exit to National Highway 3 at Km24 - and National Highway 37 to Bac Ninh. From Cao Bang, old Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen to Hanoi, follow the CT 07 expressway to Yen Binh intersection at Km41+850, exit to National Highway 3 at Km42, continue to Hanoi and the delta provinces.
